Kirk Okenquist

Kirk Okenquist is the VP, Global Recruiting at Motive.  In this role, he is responsible for all designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates. Proactively identifying and addressing hiring needs for all 8 offices across the world. Evaluating and refining sourcing and selection procedures to meet the needs of ever changing business requirements. In 2022, Kirk’s 109 person global recruitment team hired over 3,000 new employees to Motive during the great resignation. 

With 20+ years of experience, Kirk has been involved in building previous companies such as Mulesoft and Dialpad. He has managed global sourcing teams, global go-to-market, sales recruitment teams while gaining his start on the agency side at RHI. In his personal time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with this wife and their 7 year old pit-mix, King.
