What’s included in my ticket?
When you purchase a "general summit access" ticket, this includes the welcoming reception on February 1st, access to the exhibit floor, all sessions and networking receptions on the two main conference days, daily coffee and lunch on February 2 & 3.
If you’d like to add pre-conference (February 1) or post-conference (February 4) workshops to your ticket, these are a separate fee.
Hotel nights or airfare are not included.
I registered online, but haven’t received email confirmation or a receipt yet. What should I do?
You should have received a confirmation receipt immediately after your transaction is completed. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder. If there is a delay, contact Jessica Vargas or give us a call at 888.409.4418.
Are there discounts for sending a group from our company?
Absolutely. We appreciate a good deal as much as the next person — and we want as many of your colleagues as possible to experience Talent Acquisition Week! Group discounts available depending on how many team members you plan on sending. For specific pricing details, contact Jessica Vargas.
Why should I attend a pre-conference or post-conference workshop?
Workshop trainings are a great investment for a lot of reasons. Hands-on workshops will equip you with frameworks and templates you can integrate into your strategy.
These intensive, classroom style workshops are a great way to dive into the most challenging topics around recruiting strategy, alongside your peers and with one-on-one time with workshop instructors.
Are there discounts for nonprofits and government agencies?
Yes and yes. We have special pricing for our government and 501(c)(3) friends. Contact Jessica Vargas for more details.
Will I have access to speaker slides after the event?
Of course. Presentation materials are accessible via the event web app link during and after the event. Note: Look for TA Week staff on-site if you have any problems accessing conference materials online.
What happens if I have to cancel?
We hope you don’t have to cancel… but if you must, here are your cancellation options:
Cancellations received up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the conference are refundable in full. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire conference fee, minus a $300 service fee. The remainder of your credit may apply toward a future conference. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Please review our full Terms and Conditions. You can also contact Jessica Vargas with any questions about cancellations.
What’s appropriate attire for the conference?
Business casual.
What do I need to bring with me to check in?
Just you and your ID! A ready-to-learn-and-have-fun attitude will also come in handy.
If I’m an international attendee, can I receive an invitation letter?
Yes, happy to help. Please contact Jessica Vargas.
What is the venue’s COVID-19 policy?
The TA Week team is following available public health guidance for the safety of our attendees. As of April 1, 2022, the State's requirement for vaccine verification or proof of negative test was lifted and moved to a strong recommendation. As of March 1, 2022, the State of California is no longer requiring masks. While masks are no longer required, attendees are encouraged to wear them for their personal safety and comfort. Attendees are strongly encouraged to administer a home rapid test prior to arriving at the venue. If an attendee tests positive just before arriving to TA Week, they should not attend the event and can contact customer service or Jessica Vargas directly for a credit toward a future event.
Will I earn SHRM/ HRCI credits for attending?
Yes. Once TA Week concludes, attendees will receive an email with details for accreditation. At that time, attendees can request an electronic copy of their individual certificate of completion.
