Tracking Regulations and Risks
Within is a sleek and lightweight set of modules that explains new and evolving critical compliance and regulations relevant to TA. Regulations have emerged in AI , Pay Equity, and Wage Transparency while new risks in cybersecurity, fake profiles, and data privacy are increasing. This patchwork is curated and organized to navigate globally. In the US regulations such as the California CCPA, New York City LL 144, Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, New York Labor Law § 194-b, and Illinois HB 3129 have shifted AI and pay. The content also reveals global regulations such as South Korea’s AI Basic Act, Brazil’s proposed AI Bill No. 2,338/2023, Canada’s Pay Equity Act and even the new EU Pay Transparency Directive. As changes occur, so will Canopy.

Meet Your Analyst

Andrew Gadomski
Andrew is a data scientist specializing in workforce analysis and currently serves as Auditor General at Aspen Analytics, an education partner with TA Week for over 10 years.
He authored Aspen's vulnerability scans and audits which present compliance and/or risks related to AI, wage parity, and human capital disclosure held within employment regulations, laws, and guidelines.
Andrew received a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from the Stern School of the Business at New York University and undergraduate degrees from the Smeal School of Business at The Pennsylvania State University. He lives happily a few hundred yards from the Atlantic Ocean with his family in southern New Jersey and is an avid golfer and baseball fan.
