Turn a requisition into a Total Addressable Talent Market, target-company map, and multichannel search strategy.

Attendees will bring an active requisition (or use a supplied case I provide) and work through the complete “search before the search” process. During the workshop, you will:

• Separate true must-haves from preferences, proxies, and trainable capabilities
• Build a role vocabulary of titles, skills, synonyms, and adjacent experience
• Map target, feeder, competitor, and less-obvious adjacent companies
• Create modular Boolean Blocks for site search, ATS, and open-web search
• Use AI to accelerate the work while identifying unsupported assumptions and evidence gaps
• Peer-review and strengthen their strategies using real-world scenarios
• Participants will leave with a searchable role definition, a Total Addressable Talent Market map, reusable prompts, a multichannel search plan, and a hiring-manager calibration brief you can immediately apply.
