His career has included 14 years with The Walt Disney Company, as well as roles with Amazon, JPMorgan Chase and Travel + Leisure Co., where he currently leads employer brand.

Throughout his career, Jay has built recruitment marketing campaigns, content strategies, live experiences and partnerships designed to bring employer brands to life. His work at Travel + Leisure Co. includes launching the Work + Wander podcast, developing associate-driven storytelling and video content, and turning unexpected partnerships and opportunities into new ways to engage talent.
