Joanna Clark

Joanna Clark is the Global Head of Enterprise Functions Recruiting at Wells Fargo, where she leads global talent acquisition for the organization’s Enterprise Functions. With more than 25 years of recruiting and talent leadership experience, Joanna has held progressively senior TA roles spanning global recruiting, TA strategy and transformation, international talent acquisition, recruiting operations, employer brand, sourcing, and university recruiting.

Before her current role, Joanna led Talent Acquisition Strategy and Transformation and served as Head of International Talent Acquisition & Global TA Transformation at Wells Fargo, overseeing end-to-end TA outside the U.S. and global delivery strategies including RPO. Earlier in her career, she led large-scale recruiting organizations supporting tens of thousands of hires annually and built strategies and programs designed to improve recruiter effectiveness, hiring consistency, candidate engagement, and business alignment.

Joanna began her career at AT&T, where she held leadership roles in staffing and university recruiting, including responsibility for leadership development and MBA recruiting programs. Her career has been grounded in building practical recruiting strategies, developing teams, and connecting talent acquisition to broader business goals.
