Aaron Adragna

Aaron Adragna is the Director of Talent at Road Runner Sports, where he leads talent acquisition for the San Diego-based retail and running brand. With a career spanning talent acquisition, recruiting, program management, and marketing, Aaron brings a practical, business-focused perspective to the challenges of building and improving recruiting functions.

Before joining Road Runner Sports, Aaron held recruiting and program management roles supporting high-volume hiring, as well as executive recruiting experience. His background in marketing and business development also gives him a unique perspective on connecting recruiting strategy to the broader needs of the business.

Outside of his work in talent acquisition, Aaron is the founder and head coach of Black Flag Running Club, a San Diego-based marathon and half-marathon training program.
