Jennifer Tracy has spent more than 20 years in talent acquisition, leading recruiting teams and building TA strategies inside some pretty complex organizations. Today, she serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Innovation at Spectrum, where she brings together recruiting, technology, talent attraction, and business strategy to help teams solve real hiring challenges.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked across the many sides of talent acquisition—from building and leading recruiting teams to evolving talent strategies, embracing new technology, and finding better ways to connect recruiting to the needs of the business.

Jennifer brings a practical and thoughtful perspective to the conversations shaping TA today. She’s passionate about sharing what she’s learned along the way, the challenges she’s encountered, and the ideas that can help other recruiting leaders do their jobs a little better.
