Raven Hazlett

Raven is an employer branding and recruitment marketing professional at Eaton, where she leads global initiatives focused on Early Careers and Inclusion & Diversity.

She began her career at Eaton as the regional employer brand lead for the Americas, supporting talent attraction across manufacturing, engineering, corporate, and other areas of the business. Today, her work focuses on building authentic connections with candidates and strengthening how Eaton shows up as an employer.

Raven’s work has been recognized by the Rally Recruitment Marketing Awards, including the 2025 Recruitment Marketing Rising Star award and second place in 2024 for a National Manufacturing Day recruitment marketing campaign that resonated with manufacturing talent and drove results.
