Liza Voticky

Liza began her career in Toronto, Canada as a Staffing Specialist for a small temporary staffing agency.  Throughout her agency career, Liza successfully grew through various roles in staffing, national sales, operations, communications, and senior management.  Making the shift to Recruitment Process Outsourcing as Senior Recruiting Manager with Hewitt, she led a team of corporate recruiters supporting BMO in Canada and BMO Harris Bank in the USA.  After 5 years of successfully improving the service delivery, Liza made the move to Corporate Talent Acquisition with Coca-Cola Bottling, Canada where she built a recruiting team from the ground up, implementing a total transformation of the hiring processes across Canada.  Throughout her nine-year career with Coke, Liza was responsible for multiple re-organizations as the company transformed its North American business model. After successfully leading the Talent Acquisition teams supporting Coca-Cola Refreshments & Coca-Cola North America based in Atlanta, GA, she joined Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition where she was responsible for transforming and optimizing the global recruiting process for approximately 25,000 hires annually from 120 different countries for shipboard and shoreside positions.  This included leading Talent Marketing, Talent Attraction Operations, and candidate experience.

Today, Liza is the CEO and Founding Partner of MXA Talent Solutions, an organization built to help companies review, assess and strategize for the Future of Hiring.  She provides consulting on TA transformations and steps in as a Fractional Leader for organizations in need of a senior practitioner to build the hiring function. Currently Liza is supporting Marc Henry Cruise Holdings, Owner Operator of the Four Seasons Yachts, on contract as the Senior Director of Talent Operations & Workforce Planning.
