Jamie is the president and founder of the Restaurant Recruitment Roundtable and serves on the board of the Arizona Recruitment Association. She is currently the Talent Acquisition Operations and Technology Manager at Swire Coca-Cola. Previously, she has led recruiting initiatives for Bartaco, Benihana, RA Sushi, and Kona Grill restaurants.

With over 10 years of experience specializing in the food and beverage industry, she has developed expertise in motivating teams, cultivating lasting relationships, and revamping processes to deliver exceptional results.

She holds an M.Ed in Human Relations, Certificate in Compensation Studies from eCornell, and SHRM-CP certification.

Jamie is passionate about community service, human rights, and animal welfare, and has volunteered at a number of nonprofit organizations, including Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix, Pathways Home Animal Rescue, and Career Connectors.

She is dedicated to making a positive impact in both the workplace and the community, embodying the principles of servant leadership in all aspects of her work.
