Prior to joining Ford, she was SVP, Talent Acquisition for media organization Nielsen, where she transformed the TA team to meet business needs for fast paced, innovative talent acquisition. As VP, Talent Acquisition role at McGraw-Hill Education, she built the Global TA team from the ground up, including an improved user experience through implementing Lever ATS onboard and introducing Passport to Recruit, a manager training program. In her career she has held recruiting leadership roles at Dell, Citrix, Siebel, and Lenovo. Melissa is an engaging, results-oriented, strategic leader who has a passion for how Talent Acquisition can drive business results.
