Chrystal is a passionate talent acquisition leader with over 20+ years in end-to-end recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding. Throughout her career, Chrystal has worked with Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500 firms encompassing staffing, financial services, biotechnology and healthcare technology organizations. Currently, Chrystal is the Head of Talent Discovery for Pinterest where she leads talent brand, recruiting events and sourcing enablement.
Highly analytical with a customer-centric focus, she has a passion for data and ensuring it’s woven into the entire talent discovery strategy from pre-planning to retrospective discussions which she has found is critical to navigating the internal stakeholder journey. Chrystal graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from Valdosta State University. During her spare time, she is a freelance sports action photographer while enjoying an empty-nester life now that her twins are adults. She’s currently pinning her next European trip adventure and is open to suggestions!

employment as a transaction, to employment as a realistic and honest relationship. The
panel discussion, "Navigating Stakeholder and Organizational Challenges During
Employer Brand Launch and Management," examines the challenges that arise when
building and launching the employer brand, including the identification of key
stakeholders, gaining internal buy-in, and effectively managing budget constraints.
