In 2003, after dedicating his college studies and the first few years of his early career to big-brand consumer advertising, Mike took a flier on an opportunity to work in a relatively unknown field to him at the time called “talent marketing & employer brand.”
20+ years later, Mike has made a career of gaining deep understandings of the importance and complexities of what it means to a company to attract, hire and retain exceptional humans. Through client collaboration, and while learning from some of the best, Mike and his teams have delivered proven talent marketing strategies via creativity, innovation, leadership, and a passionate commitment to providing outstanding service.
Throughout the company’s evolution – from a traditional recruitment advertising agency with the Bernard Hodes Group and into a full-fledged talent marketing software and employer brand solutions provider with the introduction of Symphony Talent in 2016 – several product launches, a few company acquisitions, and scores of successful client outcomes, Mike has held virtually every role within client strategy, from entry level to global leadership of the overall CS function. Today, as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Mike leads Symphony Talent’s AdTech business, responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy and services deliverable of one of the most comprehensive talent marketing solutions in the marketplace, offering full-funnel capabilities from zero- and first-party data collection, programmatic job & brand advertising, remarketing/nurturing automation, and advanced reporting/analysis.
