Why You Should Quit Your EVP

We all know about buzzword bingo... and how those buzzwords get thrown around haphazardly, especially by vendors! And as the industry around the practice of Employer Brand has grown over the past 15 years, we've collectively created so much confusion around what employer brand and EVP is, that I've told my team to quit. And instead to just focus on WHAT we need to do, WHY we need to do it and that determines HOW we execute, regardless of what it's called.

Are you up for the challenge? Let's chat. We'll have a kick down the walls, get real - interactive - discussion about how we define, build, activate and manage our employer brand identity; but we'll do so from the lens of where you sit in your organization, i.e. Talent Acquisition, HR, Comms, Marketing and what your goals are.
