Mikey recently started as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcer at Boston Children’s Hospital in January, where he'll focus on recruitment marketing and sourcing. This year marks Mikey's 12th year in Talent Acquisition. He has worked across various backgrounds, including RPO, corporate, and agency roles, and has hired for industries such as banking, agricultural equipment manufacturing, veterinary healthcare, dairy manufacturing, tech, pharma/biotech manufacturing, recruitment services, and most recently, hospital and healthcare. Mikey has experience with organizations ranging from startups to billion-dollar Fortune 500 companies.

An experienced speaker, Mikey has presented at major events like Sourcing Summit, SourceCon, HRTX, Global TA Day, and TA Week. He is a Dueling Sourcer, an ERE panelist, a podcast guest, and a regular blogger for publications like ERE. He holds his AIRS CIR certification and is committed to continuing his education within the Talent Acquisition field. Mikey shares helpful Tips and Tricks for job seekers and TA professionals on his LinkedIn, with almost 500 tips posted. He also runs a newsletter with over 4,000 subscribers, focusing on job seekers and TA professionals.

Originally from New Hampshire, Mikey now lives in Massachusetts, though he has also lived in Italy and Colorado. In his free time, Mikey enjoys attending and reviewing concerts and movies, playing music, writing books, and spending time with his girlfriend, their three boys, and two dogs.
