Kenzie is currently a Talent Inclusion Partner at Expedia Group. With over 8 years of experience in Technical Talent Acquisition, and 6 years in the non-profit space, Kenzie is passionate about leveraging technology to simplify and improve the way organizations source and hire talent from underrepresented groups and identities. 

Outside of Expedia Group, Kenzie runs a bourgeoning consulting business, where she provides guidance to individual clients and small businesses. 

When she's not in front of her computer, you can find her tending to her garden, making a mess in the kitchen, or paddle boarding and hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest.

In this session, Kenzie will share tactics to find and engage underrepresented talent. She will discuss the cultural landscape using data storytelling and market intelligence, utilizing inclusive vocabulary and organizational goals. Attendees will learn how to plan and execute a strategy using primary sourcing channels, inclusive job descriptions, partnerships, and events, as well as bias mitigation and effective messaging and sourcing techniques.
