Jeremy Roberts

Jeremy is a talent acquisition leader with deep experience across agency, RPO, corporate recruiting, and HR technology. He’s worked both as a TA practitioner and within HR tech vendors, giving him a unique perspective on how to bridge the gap between product and practice. He has managed teams of up to 100 while staying close to the work. Jeremy partners with recruiting practitioners to integrate new technology into their workflows, combining frontline empathy with a strong grasp of product design, implementation, and team enablement.
