From navigating today’s DEI flashpoints to spotting the risks in AI-driven hiring, Eric helps talent leaders walk the line between inclusion, innovation, and litigation.

He’s a volunteer EEOC mediator, a paid private mediator and arbitrator, and the voice behind The Employer Handbook (www.TheEmployerHandbook.com) a blog that somehow makes HR law entertaining and (occasionally) viral.
