What’s Included with my registration?
When you purchase a ticket, this includes all live virtual sessions and networking lounge activities, session recording access, and access to session materials from Monday, July 22 through Friday July 26th. Please note ALL sessions are online. Sessions will all be recorded, which you’ll be able to access post-event.
I registered but something came up and I cannot attend, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds or cancellations for virtual events, but if you miss the virtual event, have no fear! You can still access all of the content for several months after the event. Please review our full Terms and Conditions. You can also contact Jessica with any questions about cancellations.
I registered online, but haven’t received an email confirmation or a receipt yet. What should I do?
You should have received a confirmation receipt from [email protected] immediately after your transaction is completed. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder. If there is a delay, contact Jessica, or give her a call at 619-597-7315.
Are there discounts for sending a group from our company?
Absolutely. We appreciate a good deal as much as the next person — and we want as many of your colleagues as possible to experience Talent Acquisition Week! Group discounts available depending on how many team members you plan on sending. For specific pricing details, contact Jessica.
Will I have access to presentations after the event?
Of course. You will have access to the virtual event platform for up to 6 months after the event where you can re-watch the keynotes, spotlight sessions, and panel sessions. You will also have access to session materials attached to each session in the virtual platform for you to download during and after the event.
What do I need to log into the virtual event?
You will receive login information 3 business days before the event and we recommend you log in 20 minutes before the event begins to test your sound and review the multiple rooms on our virtual platform.
