Michael Goldberg is the CEO and Founder of Hiring Transformed, a TA Operations advisory firm that gives growing companies senior talent acquisition expertise without the cost of a full-time HR or recruiting hire. He has led Global Talent Acquisition Operations functions for multi-site healthcare services organizations, applying the same principles in the field rather than from the sidelines. His thesis is that most recruiting problems are infrastructure problems, not people problems, and that the fix is measurable. In short, he turns insight into outcomes.
