Chad MacRae is currently the VP, People / Talent Acquisition for VAST. Previoulsy, he was Vice President, Global Talent for Tinder. He is a recruiting leader and design thinker with over eighteen years of experience in talent acquisition and twelve+ years of leading teams. He has provided recruiting strategies to organizations including Tinder, Plenty of Fish, Match Group, OpenX, Hearts & Science (an Omnicom company), Grindr, LivingSocial, Steelhouse, Souq.com (a division of Amazon), du Telecom, Rubicon Project, and Activision.
He is a strong believer in sharing experience and knowledge and has been featured in The Huffington Post, SHRM, The Undercover Recruiter, and CBS Pulse. As a strong believer in life-long learning, he has recently completed the University of Oxford scenarios planning program, Stanford's design thinking bootcamp, and MIT’s entrepreneurship development program.
