Sarah Fell, MBA, LSSGB, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the President of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) and the Head of Talent Acquisition for Great West Casualty Company (GWCC). Sarah’s professional specialty is scaling high performance organizations via talent intelligence that drives both M&A and organic growth. She is a firm believer and practitioner in the power of data and analytics as a foundation of operational excellence in Talent Acquisition.

Prior to GWCC, Sarah was the Head of Talent Acquisition at AEVEX Aerospace, a global innovator of airborne intelligence solutions. Before venturing into Talent Acquisition, Sarah was a top performing revenue generator for insurance and financial products. Sarah recently earned an MBA in Business Analytics from the University of Massachusetts’ Isenberg School of Management, where she was featured in Poets & Quants “Top Online MBA Students for 2023” publication.

Sarah lives in Sioux City, Iowa with her husband Jeremiah, where her volunteering ethos extends to the local Junior League where she is serving on the Board of Directors, the South Sioux City Community School District where she is a member of the Freshman Academy Advisory Board, and membership in the Siouxland Ciceros Toastmasters Club where she serves as VP of Membership and Sergeant-at-Arms. Previous volunteer work includes serving as the Director of PR for her roller derby team, SoCal Derby, where she was forced to retire because of a reconstructed shoulder from a motorcycle accident, and Social Director for her women’s rugby team at Arkansas State University, her Alma Mater.
