David Daniels IV is the Founder of DD4 Consulting, a leading Talent Acquisition & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consultancy.  With a career spanning over a decade in the dynamic startup scenes of New York City and San Francisco, David brings a wealth of tech industry experience to corporate strategy. His journey began with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity, leading to over 250 successfully placed hires in ed-tech, fin-tech, ad-tech, and digital media companies including Blend, Complex Networks, and LinkedIn. 
 
In addition to founding DD4 Consulting, David simultaneously served as Director, Talent Acquisition & IDEA at lululemon, championing diversity initiatives within its lululemon Studio subsidiary. His roots in New Haven, Connecticut instilled in him a commitment to communal empowerment, a value that has guided his career. 
 
Armed with a degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, David possesses a unique understanding of human behavior, a cornerstone in his approach to recruitment and fostering inclusive workplaces. Today, he focuses on empowering businesses to create environments where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
