Over the past five years, she has honed her focus on Talent Attraction, specializing in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Sourcing, and Candidate Experience. Courtney's professional journey spans diverse industries, including consumer goods, biotech & healthcare, where she has worked for leading brands such as Ocean Spray Cranberries, Dunkin' Brands, Sage Therapeutics, and currently at Sound Physicians in the healthcare sector.

In her recent roles, Courtney has spearheaded initiatives to redefine Talent Attraction strategies, playing a pivotal role in enhancing Employer Value Propositions (EVPs) and establishing compelling employer brands. She built global talent sourcing and recruitment marketing functions that resulted in a remarkable reduction of third-party agency fees and significantly shortened time-to-fill. Additionally, Courtney has developed and implemented frameworks for Talent Mapping, providing leaders with valuable insights for informed talent strategy decisions and influencing recruitment marketing plans.
